Project Details

Reflective of the area’s signature Mediterranean design aesthetic, the new community center remains contextual yet uniquely fresh. An inclusive master plan process with dedicated community association input has resulted in a building that serves the community with a gymnasium and a variety of meeting rooms. Adjacent to a community park, the Center is mindful of the environment, implementing a broad spectrum of sustainable and high-performance strategies.
